
Rates
Rates vary and are based on size of the ensemble, difficulty level of the program, deadline constraints, etc., however, every effort is made to keep costs low and save you money. Prices are intentionally not set per page, ensemble number, etc., as there are many factors that determine how much work will be needed to complete the design. Rates are negotiable and we will work with you to design a show that is exciting, tailored to your ensemble's strengths and fits within your budget. Prices are always given prior to beginning the design process and unless significant changes are required to the overall show concept that aren't related to problems with the design after completion of the first complete draft (i.e. complete song changes, major changes to the ensemble, etc.) prices are fixed through completion of the show.
Prices include some adjustments and re-writes (ask for details), 3 copies of the your show in 3-ring binders (in full-page or standard-page format), a software copy of your show in the format of your choice (MSWord document, JPEG, Adobe PDF, or other specified format) on CD-ROM. For local customers, 3 hours of rehearsal time is included (addition rehearsal time available at $20/hr, as available). For customers farther than 100 miles of the Detroit Metro Area, additional travel costs may be necessary for this rehearsal time.
Scheduling
To schedule a consultation with Keiser Pageantry Productions, simply contact us. Scheduling and booking depends largely on the number of shows already booked. Only a few shows are accepted at a time to ensure fast, efficient delivery and quality design. Generally, booking is preferred 3 months prior to delivery date, but due to the limited number of bookings accepted, the earlier, the better.
Upon choosing Keiser Pageantry Productions as your designer, it is asked that you have the following ready as early as 3 months and no less than 3 weeks prior to your desired delivery date:
